The room was spotless, featuring a large comfy king size bed that we absolutely adored 😊. Despite being located in an industrial area, this place offers a peaceful and quiet setting.

We had an unexpected flight cancellation, but the hotel staff at Sure Hotel By Best Western were incredibly accommodating. They allowed us to check in early, provided a small charge, and even let us use the pool while we waited. The room was beautiful, with two king-size beds and a lovely lounge area. The breakfast was delicious and there were snacks and beverages available throughout the day. The staff was friendly and helpful, offering advice with a smile. I highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel provides a nice comfy base for exploring Beziers. the property is clean with affable and useful staff. the location is perfect and marvellous. the family king room with a king-size bed is new-fashioned. They offer a wide range of goodies for breakfast.
